What Is Your Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy?
Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. Your appointment time is reserved solely for your therapy. Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment without charge up to 36 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations after this time period will result in a $25.00 charge per hour, per person for any and all appointments.
Do We Take Walk Ins?
The short answer is we are by Appointment Only. Shine Massage & Spa is a boutique spa with no more than three or four therapists in the building at any given time. The good news is that all of our therapists are highly trained with over five years hands-on experience and a passion for massage. By reserving your massage time in advance, we are certain that you will be placed with the right therapist to assist you in your health needs.
How Far Out Do You Book Out?
If you know you are going to want a weekend appointment, try and book it two to three weeks in advance. During the week we can usually get you in next day very rarely can we make same day appointments.
Do We Offer A Military Discount?
Yes, 10% off of any service that is not already discounted.
Do We Offer Online Booking?
Not at this time. We want to make sure you are placed with the best therapist for your needs and that can only be done by speaking with you and making sure you are placed with the right therapist.
Are we Open on Sundays?
Yes, we are open for limited massage appointments only.
Do You Offer Couples Massages Every Day?
They are available every day of the week except Wednesdays and Sundays at this current time.
